This role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong Web Front End technical skills, operational task management abilities, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Utilize markup languages such as HTML to develop user-friendly web pages.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, fully tested source code, adhering to coding standards, including monitoring and troubleshooting aspects.
- Design mobile-based features with progressive UI support.
- Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to enhance UX.
- Optimize applications for optimal performance.
- Provide technical assistance during Integration and User Acceptance Tests.
- Gather feedback from users and customers to build appropriate solutions.
- Prepare functional and technical requirements documents and guides.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies.
- Convert standard HTML into reusable component libraries.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a Front-end Developer.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
- Ability to provide suggestions/solutions for client change requests.
- Flexibility to adjust task priorities promptly while adhering to deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, especially in team environments.
- Hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as ReactJS, Redux, Sass/SCSS, ES5/6, NodeJS (nice-to-have).
- Experience in problem-solving aspects like caching, pagination, etc.
- Proficiency in web services integration and API usage.
- Knowledgeable about mobile responsive design.
- Familiarity with Git Repository.
- Proficiency in English.
