Future Ready Odyssey: Our Dalat Adventure Was the Perfect Vibe Check

From September 26th to 28th, 2025, our team traded their desks for the dreamy, cool air of Dalat for our annual team-building escape. This wasn’t just a trip; it was a chance to hit the reset button, soak up some incredible scenery, and prove that we know how to work hard and play harder. The “Future Ready” name is all about being a step ahead, and that includes being ahead of the curve when it comes to our fantastic Company Culture and team connection.

It was a fantastic opportunity to ditch the formal titles, connect with colleagues you don’t see every day, and build those real-life friendships that make coming to work a pleasure. Our itinerary was designed to be the ultimate 50/50 split between adventure and pure holiday relaxation. Day 1 kicked off with some fun, low-pressure Team Building Activities right by the beautiful Tuyen Lam Lake, followed by a fantastic dinner program where the only goal was to laugh and connect. Day 2 took us on a scenic journey to the Nui Voi Tourist Venue for games and sightseeing. Think of it as a mini-vacation on the company’s dime—a chance to explore, recharge, and enjoy a well-deserved break. This trip was our way of showing massive Employee Appreciation for the relentless hard work you do every single day.
